Jael: a heroine

Judges 5: 24-26 (Good news version)

'The most fortunate of women is Jael, the wife of Heber the Kenite-the most fortunate of women who live in tents. Sisera asked for water, but she gave him milk; she brought him cream in a
beautiful bowl. She took a tent peg in one hand, a workman's hammer in the other; she struck Sisera and crushed his skull; she pierced him through his head.'

My personal notes: a woman who knows what she wants and how to get what she wants is to be feared. The story of Jael is just inspiring( Judges 4:17-22). She was careful enough to make Sisera trust her. Skill and tact! C'mon Sisera was a warrior. Geez!!! She must have been extremely tactful to make a warrior think that he was in the safest place (with a woman!)even in battle. Dude, he was so comfortable that he slept off. Can you believe it?

She knew what milk could do to a tired man. Jael was in short a wise, intuitive, smart, tactful and careful heroine. Girls, you could learn from Jael. Would you take some time to read about her? She was a Belle men would kill to husband.
