Insanely Easy Spagetti Recipe: Spaghetti Bolognese

Are you a lover of pasta and one that is tired of the regular jollof spaghetti or plain pasta? Then this one is for you- Spaghetti Bolognese.  All you need is 30 minutes and food is ready to be served.

Ingredients for Spaghetti Bolognese

2 tsp. of groundnut or olive oil

1/2 cup of diced green pepper

3/2 cup of chopped onion

1 cup of ground beef / 1 can of sardine

1/2 bowl of tomato and pepper sauce

1 pack of spaghetti

1 cup of chopped carrot

1 can of sweet corn

2 Knorr cubes

Pour the olive oil or groundnut oil in a pan and cook the diced green pepper, onion and carrot.

Heat until it is soft and add in the ground beef or sardine, separating the beef/ sardine in small pieces, then season the mixture with a little amount of salt to taste.

Add the tomato and pepper sauce into the mixture and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the 2 knorr cubes into it

While the Bolognese sauce is cooking, boil the spaghetti for about 10 minutes.

Top the spagehtti with the Bolognese sauce and the sweet corn, stir the mixture.

Serve and Enjoy Your Spaghetti Bolognese
